Reed Exhibitions

I had a great pleasure and opportunity to work for Reeds Exhibitions an international events company.

this experience allowed me to understand and appreciate many ways of  working, different cultures, points of views and opportunities.

Where communication, good structure, and processes are important to deliver a good product and Service.

However, all the above would be better with a good UX team maturity and culture that works together towards the same objective.

I'm sure once Reeds reaches full value parity, the focus will move to the improvement and innovation of the digital service.

While at Reed's I joined two remote and in-house teams:

The Matchmaking (UK / India)

Focused on different types of recommendations, the team works on the development of the algorithms that allow us to learn about users' digital behaviors, profiles then deliver recommendations through the UI at the show's site and by email campaigns.
